Big Conversations for Parents & Children

The books in this list are about topics that may come up because children ask those 'Big' questions. Sometimes it is hard for children to grasp these concepts and it is also hard for adults to approach these topics in a way our children can understand. We hope these lists will aid in having these important and meaningful discussion.

A lot of these titles and similar ones can be found in our Parenting Section, which is located beside the play area. This is also where we have curated resources for you as a parent. If you have any questions, or would like to suggest a new resource, please let us know.

 First Experiences
The books in this list are about different firsts. The first visits to the doctor, a new home, or school can be a lot for a child to cope with. Growing up and moving on from comfort items or having their own room can also be stressful times for children. We hope these will aid in easing those worries and stresses.
